SMS Messaging Program
- Program name

- Program description
- A marketing and transactional SMS program covering Huntington Beach market updates, listing alerts, open-house invitations, neighborhood pricing trends, and occasional service messages from Main & PCH Realty.
- Message frequency
- Typically 4–8 messages per month. Frequency may vary depending on market activity.
- Message and data rates
- Standard message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier's plan. Main & PCH Realty does not charge any fees to receive these messages, but your wireless carrier may.
- Carrier disclaimer
- Wireless carriers (T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- HELP
- Reply HELP to any message for support, or contact us at admin@mainpch.com or (714) 475-7248.
- STOP / Unsubscribe
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. We will send a single confirmation message and cease all further marketing messages. You may resubscribe at any time by submitting a new opt-in form.
- Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and a U.S. resident with a valid U.S. wireless number to opt in to this program.
