Main & PCH Realty is a marketing and market-intelligence brand operated by Main PCH Realty, Inc., a California Stock Corporation (Secretary of State #B20260158388, EIN 41-5268862). 2. Information we collect

When you submit our signup form or contact us, we collect:

  • Identifiers such as your first name, last name, email address, and phone number
  • The Huntington Beach neighborhood you indicated interest in (if provided)
  • Technical data automatically collected when you visit the site, such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages viewed
  • The date, time, IP address, and user-agent of your SMS consent submission, kept as a record of your opt-in

3. How we use your information

  • Respond to inquiries and provide the market-update content you signed up for
  • Send marketing and informational SMS messages, including weekly Huntington Beach market updates, listing alerts, open-house invitations, and event invitations
  • Send marketing and informational email if you have opted in to email contact
  • Improve the website and our content based on aggregate usage
  • Comply with applicable law and respond to lawful requests

4. Cookies and analytics

We may use first-party analytics tools (such as Plausible Analytics or Google Analytics 4) to understand how visitors use the site. These tools may set cookies or use similar technologies. You can opt out of analytics by enabling Do Not Track in your browser, by using browser extensions that block analytics scripts, or by using the opt-out provided by the analytics provider.

5. Text messaging (SMS)

By providing your phone number and checking the consent box on our signup form, you opt in to receive marketing and informational SMS messages from Main & PCH Realty at the phone number provided.

Message types: weekly Huntington Beach market updates, neighborhood-specific pricing trends, new-listing alerts, open-house invitations, event invitations, and occasional service announcements.

Message frequency:typically 4–8 messages per month. Frequency may vary.

Message and data rates may apply per your wireless carrier plan.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe immediately. We will send a single confirmation message and no further marketing messages.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support of message delivery (specifically: GoHighLevel as our CRM/messaging platform, and its underlying SMS gateway providers) is permitted strictly to deliver and process the messages you have consented to receive. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Consent record: When you opt in, we record the date, time, IP address, and user-agent of your consent submission. You may request a copy of your consent record by emailing admin@mainpch.com.

6. Information sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: CRM platforms (GoHighLevel) and SMS gateway providers used to deliver the messages you have requested
  • Legal compliance: when required by law, regulation, court order, or governmental request
  • Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets, subject to confidentiality protections

7. Mobile information policy (carrier-required)

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support of our services (e.g., to message processors and SMS gateway vendors such as Twilio or Bandwidth, used by GoHighLevel, our CRM platform) is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

8. California (CCPA) rights

California residents have the right to request access to, correction of, and deletion of personal information we hold about them. You may also request information about the categories of personal information we have collected, the sources of that information, and the categories of third parties with whom we have shared it. To exercise any of these rights, email admin@mainpch.com. We will respond within 45 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

9. Data retention

We retain your personal information until you request deletion, or for up to seven years after your last interaction with us, whichever is earlier. SMS consent records are retained for as long as required by applicable telecommunications regulations.

10. Children's privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated “Effective date” at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
